Learning Disabilities Joint Commissioning Strategy 2009 - 2014

Learning Disabilities Joint Commissioning Strategy 2009 - 2014

We have produced an Adult Learning Disability Joint Commissioning Strategy for people with learning disabilities living in North Somerset.

The strategy represents the joint ambitions of Health, Social Care and Housing in North Somerset to develop services for people with learning disabilities and builds upon existing work that is focused on improving services for people with learning disabilities.

The strategy has been developed in consultation with service users, carers, service providers, social care, housing and health professionals.

If you would like a paper copy of any of the documents shown, please contact Teresa Maguire at Partnership House or telephone 01934 427600 to ask for them to be sent to you.  Please remember to give us your contact address.
